Italian Wine Scholar Unit 2 - Vancouver
The Italian Wine Scholar program sets the industry standard as the most detailed and comprehensive certification program devoted entirely to the wines of Italy. It is composed of two separate units, that can be studied in any order:
The Wines of Northern Italy (Unit 1)
The Wines of Central & Southern Italy (Unit 2)
Graduates will receive a certificate, and lapel pin, as well as the use of the IWS post-nominal initials, symbolizing advanced level proficiency and industry wide respect.

Material and Supplies: 6 ISO tasting glasses or equivalent (not provided).
Student Evaluation: The examination consists of a 100 question multiple choice paper. A score of 75% or higher is required to pass.
