Course Prerequisites: No prerequisite required but WSET Level 3 Award and / or French Wine Essentials recommended.
Textbooks: Manual provided at first class.
Material and Supplies: 6 ISO tasting glasses or equivalent (not provided).
Student Evaluation: The examination consists of a 100 question multiple choice paper. A score of 75% or higher is required to pass.
